CF110 problem

Hi, i `ve some pieces of CF110 all are unlocked, but when phone powers on it loading and when i try to write pin code phone switches off. I`ev tried to flash it but the problem didn`t gone. Does anybody have any solution?

If you power on the phone, and if U let it on the table, without touching the phone anymore... it goes off? If yes, it is a software problem. You may flash it with Joker and Full Flash, than Unlock.

If the phone power off only when you are typing at the keypad, it is hardware. You don't need to replace Flash IC, only resolder it well (maybe remake the balls). The CPU IC may need resoldering, too (attention with the CPU, don't hot it directly! Hot it under the PCB, and move it verry little bit, up, down, left, right!)
 
I`ve tryed to flash phone with full flash but the problem still there.
When i power phone ... the phone boots and then switch off
I`ve flashed with SST and full flash wich is situated in support
