Cervical MRI Results - Help required

Hi, would someone breakdown the following report into understandable English please;

Normal vertebral alignment and normal vertebral marrow signal.
There is some right-sided spondylotic changes resulting in mild right foraminal
narrowing at C3-4 and C4*5 levels.

No degenerative disc protrusions and widely patent neural foramena at remaining cervical levels.

Desiccated discs in the visualised upper thoracic spine at T4-5, T5-6 and T6-7 levels and there is a moderately large central to left paracentral disc extrusion at T4-5 level, but no associated cord compression and no foraminal narrowing.

Normal signal throughout the cervical and remaining visualised upper
thoracic cord.
No significant findings otherwise
