ginMcMeekin,
I am sorry to hear of the cervical cancer diagnosis. I would suggest you check out the cervical cancer board. There are some great posters (pickle eyes being very knowledgable) there who give great information. They can help you with questions to ask and what you may expect as to treatment options.
I can suggest that you bring someone with you tomorrow when you return to the doctors. It is always better to have two sets ears listening, one being you'res which is only going to hear certain pieces of information and another set which will hear everything else. This second set is not worrying about their health, so the second set of ears has a very clear head and will be able to hear all of the important details.
It is also wise to write questions down on a piece of paper to take with you, give a copy of your questions to whom ever goes with you so that they can make sure that all of your questions are answered, you can also write the answers to these questions on that same piece of paper.
Good luck and let me know how you do.
Brenda
