ok, like in the last question i asked if i could save my boyfriends cell phone, which i tried putting it in rice, after his dumb *** decided to talk on it in the shower. it was the first env. it does not have insurance on it, and even it did.. i dont think they replace the phone for water damage neways. we dont have a household phone, and we only use cell phones. since his is broken, we share a phone.. which is really hard because we have work schedules that are very similar. anyways. could i still buy him a certified like new phone for like 30 dollars with out getting a contract? i kinda want to surprise him.. since Christmas just got done with, we are on a tight budget and 30 dollars wont hurt as bad as would a 200 dollar phone would.. well my official question would be like as said before, could i still get it for 30 dollars with out a contract. he is on his parents, and i am on mine. i have no idea what his parents account is. they live to far away to bring one of them with me to verify the phone will be on their plan. thnxx bunchh
