About 2 years ago, I received a Master's in Publications Design which combines aspects of writing and graphic design. The problem with the program was that it was very weak in covering computer graphics applications. To enhance what I do know, I am considering getting a certificate in Digital Media. Gatlin Education Services offers one through a nearby university. Is anyone out there familiar with that program? And is a certificate a good way to pick up the slack in certain skill areas? I'd like to start looking for a job more in the area of design but my computer skills are kind of weak. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
