ceramic braces over mettalic braces?

i'm planning to have braces and have it ceramic. is it recommended to have ceramic? is it really that fragile? and would it turn yellow if i will have it for 2 years? please share your case if you're in ceramic braces. i'm 25 and a teacher. would you recommend me to have ceramic or metallic braces?
 
metal braces will usually work quicker. and yes ceramic braces can turn a slight yellow colour after a while. but their not fragile.
i would reccomened metal braces as theyre usually made out of titanium and are much stronger durable and are quicker. otherwise, maybe consider clear braces, its like a clear retainer and you can barely tell. that might be the way to go
