Ok so i'm making a pot in ceramics class, and i'm using this gold paint on it (yes paint it will go on after the glaze and it has been fired for the last time). I would use gold underglaze or glaze, but there are chemicals the only ones i can find that i can't use, because of my school and how harmful the chemicals are... bla bla bla
anyways i was wondering if there was something i could put over the paint so that if it got wet it wouldn't come off- kinda to seal it off, but without taking away shine (it must be clear and dry hard)
As of right now if i just left the paint on the pot alone.. it would come off with water (and it would melt in the kiln,
