Century body opponent bag okay to keep outdoors? Seems sturdy enough for light rain...

...but wanted to ask.? Just got my Body Opponent Bag from Century and I was wondering if anybody has kept their own outdoors. I'd like to keep him on my patio and since I live in LA it hardly ever rains. Anybody else done this?
Just realized I can leave the sturdier base outside and just keep the creepy manequin inside to protect it. Thing is so easy to lock in place and move that it's completely worth it. Thanks to the response because it's what made me think of this.
 
Sunlight will break the foam compound down. Constant moisture most likely will erode the smooth surface. It is best to at least keep it covered and out of the sun. How long will it last out doors? Who can say for sure.
