I have a samsung upstage (the beyonce cellphone) and have a contract with bell for 3 years. I love my plan, however, the cellphone connection I have with bell is horrible. I live in lower mainland in BC and I do not even have connectivity bar on the metrotown area; this means that I often do not receive calls since I have no bar. People cannot even get to my voicemail since my cell has no connection. My questions are:
1. Should I switch to Rogers? Does Rogers have better connectivity than Bell (fewer dropped call etc) in lower mainland BC? I will have to pay cancellation fee but if it means not missing calls, it's worth the price.
2. Is the issue with my cellphone? If so, which cellphone has the best connectivity at bell? At this point, I don't even care about the fancy gadget - as long as I can receive calls and text anywhere, I'm good =)
