Cellphone that is quiet when texting? quiet or no texting click?

when i text at night, my sisters can hear the click noise of my phone. not the cell phone, but the sound when i press the keys, that click noise, of the spring of the key bouncing up. there are phones that are pretty quiet when you push the keys, but there for metro, and i have tmobile. Does anyone know of a cellphone, that is quiet when you text? Has to have a SIM card slot though.
