Cellphone problem with my sister?!?

Alright, we have a family plan and our family is due for an upgrade in a week. The problem is that both me and my sister both want the G1. But you have to have the required data plan and my dad said he is only getting one. So that means only one person can get a G1. My sister is going to 8th grade and I'm going to be a sophomore. Now all my sister does is text and listen to music on her phone, and when at home, she checks her email around twice a week and maybe go on youtube a few times. and doesn't go on the internet much in general. Me on the other hand, I also text and listen to music on my phone but I use three social networking accounts, visit Youtube daily, check my email daily, see news websites daily, an instant several times a week. But this is all done at home and can get time consuming. so it would be nice if I can do it all on the go so I can save time at home for other things. And my sister just wants it because it has both a touchscreen and a keyboard. So who do you think should get it?
 
You deff should, she isn't old enough to have a phone like that, and won't even use half the features the phone has to offer, you will.
