Cellphone: Htc touch pro 2. I need help with it !?

Ive seen some tou pro 2s that have a little drop down box at the top right hand corner. Mine doesnt have that and i dont know why ??
Also, Ive seen some that are literrally llike a computer. You can change the theme color like the tool bar and start bar can be red or something. Mine is only black and i want to change that. How??
Also, are there any apps for phone appearance ?????
