Cellphone for birthday present

Okay so my girlfriend has had her phone for a while(it's a SLVR L7) and it's pretty beat up. Her parents aren't getting her a new phone anytime soon, so I thought I would. Can anyone give me some good recommendations for phones that I can buy for her? I guess I would be willing to spend about 150, or maybe even 200 depending on how good the phone is... Hey dude, why don't u go for a Moto Q2 or Nokia E63.. M sure ur girl wud love it n will also b fine on ur budget..
