Cellphone companies and Material adverse?

Issue with Rogers increasing wireless rates. Ive had a rocket stick for almost a year now and when i signed up for a year plan i agree'd because the maximum i would ever pay was to be 100 dollars i was told, everything worked great for 8 months and now without any warning im being told i have to pay 15 dollars per 500mb i use over top of 100 dollar cap. so instead of 100 bein the max pay the maximum is now 500 dollars and i was out because im furious over the gross increase in this payment, I also told the rep that i was told i would never pay over 100 dollars a month and the rep asked me to fax him proof of this, i cannot for the life of me find my original contract but i know what i signed. Im aware of the material adverse change clause and am wondering if i can apply it to this issue because of how suddenly they changed the plan on me, thankyou
