Cellphone caller ID problems.?

When I get a call 99% of the time its "UNKNOWN" it shows the date and time and stuff though. I have a metro pcs phone. And it really sucks because I can never call back "Missed Calls" and I don't have any cards in my phone ect. So what should I do?
When someone use's *67 it comes up "RESTRICTED" Not "UNKNOWN" so yeah -.-
 
It most likely is someone using *67. It makes the UNKNOWN come up. They are probably just prank calling you. I hate that because usually its just a waste of time because they arent even good at it. I would just try to answer it everytime it says "unknown caller". You might be able to have unknown numbers blocked if you call your service provider.
