You could use an USB bluetooth adapter on the PC to access the modem, not too hard if you are running M$ windows, but need a bit more work on Linux, I also looking for help with my N70, I can connect with older Nokia but not this one.

I've been using my Nokia N70 as a modem. I don't have bluetooth USB, so I use USB cable and Nokia PC Suite that included in the package. After installed the PC Suite, connect your phone to PC, launch the PC Suite, and choose menu "Connect to the Internet".
