Cell stand by using 45% of my battery...

Phone idle is using 36%

idk if those have ever been this high
And suggestions as to why?

Using a rooted cliq by the way

Hmm, that usually would be positive (meaning your phone hasn't been in use for awhile). But, because it's using more battery then other items, it sounds like an app has a partial wake lock but won't let go. In other words, your CPU probably isn't "going to sleep".

To see if that is indeed the problem, download Spare Parts. Then go to battery history, and select partial wake usage. If there's an app with a fairly large bar, then that app is the problem.
