Cell phones that are flashed to cricket?

Okay so if i buy a phone off of ebay that is flashed to cricket, do i go to a cricket store to activate it or what. I just found out about the flashing phones thing. So what do i do to get it to work for cricket??

you have to go into cricket and set up your "contract" for it to be flashed
