CELL PHONE WOES! Tmobile service trouble, "service requests", and sim card replacements?

LONG BUT PLEASE READ IF YOU THINK YOU CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!!
I have had Tmobile for about 6 months, and have had terrible service since day 1. We didn’t return them within the 14 days, and so now we are stuck with them ?
I have been making complaints frequently letting them know that the service where I live is terrible, and a tmobile store employee has even admitted that I shouldn’t have been told my service would be good because the area I live in is infamous for having terrible reception!
I finally called OCT 19th, and the account specialist I talked to said he would put in another “service request” in addition to the one filed in June that came back with no good results.
He also assured me that if this service request came back that no new towers, changes, etc are going to be built in my area that he would let me out of my contract, with no fees. Yes, I did get his name/ employee ID #...
Well I was told that it would only take 5 days to process.
I have called since and it is still open/pending.
I called again this morning and the account specialist I talked to started telling me some bS about how our Sim cards aren’t compatible anymore and that I was supposed to have been given the new ones BLAH BLAH BLAH! I asked “why am I just now hearing about this? I have been calling you guys almost weekly for 2 months!!”
No answer. Whatever.
Anyways she is going to send them to me and I had her make a note that she would honor the previous conversation about cancelling with no fee’s if this magic new sim card didn’t work. She said yes.

WHAT IS UP WITH THIS??
Why did none of the other rep’s tell me about this sim card business, or is this just a ploy to keep my business so they can manipulate the service request to say that changes are being made and they don’t have to honor his agreement to elt me out of the contract?????
