Cell Phone Verizon- unlock simcard?

hi-i have 2 questions:
1- is it possible to unlock simcard from: cell phone- verizon LG VX 10000?
2- will this phone work with the prepaid card?

As far as I know, the LG VX10000 is a CDMA phone and does not use SIM cards. Unlocking the phone would not allow you to use a different carrier. The phone is permanently branded for Verizon. You may be able to switch your account to Verizon's prepaid services, but that's about it.
