cell phone trouble Nokia 5230 Nuron for T-Mobile?

can someone help me please i have the nokia 5230 nuron and i guess i moved something that from now on when i get a message i does not even vibrate or ring i do have it on outdoor so it should ring i have tried moving the setting to get it to alert me but i just cant seem to get it right can someone please help me thank you
