I recently purchased a cell phone off someone on the net and when it came in the mail I tried to activate it and Sprint said they couldn't activate it because its still under the sellers contract . So, they said to me have the original buyer can call and get the phone off there contract . I tried to get in touch with the person that sold it to me, but they are ignoring me . What can I do to get the phone activated ?
