i know your cell phone emits frequencies to the cell tower
But is there any "special" frequencies that it admits when you are physically talking on it..............verses it just being turned on but you are not in a conversation
the reason i ask is would it be possible to build a detector circuit for cars such that it would be able to sense if you were on the cell phone physically talking
there is no harm in having it on............but only when you are talking that it senses this
is it possible?
