cell phone shoppin help?

i am looking for a great camera phone that has a full keyboard. I want a cheap(less then 200$), a great camera (at least 5 megapixels) and a full keyboard. I am looking to put it on att so either an att phone or an unlocked phone that can be used on att. ALSO NO SMARTPHONES. I CAN NOT HAVE A SMARTPHONE BECAUSE YOU NEED A DATA PLAN
