cell phone literally just stopped working?? wtf do I do?

as the name says, it's fricked up! I literally put my phone down for an hour on me bed, came back..everything wasn't working!! ONLY 1 button outt of everything is working! There's no water damage or anything, and it hasn't been dropped im so confused, I only got the phone this summer and it's already screwed up!
I have a 1 year warranty, could I get a new phone?
 
Have you tried turning off the phone then turning it back on? Phones don't work well if they are left on 24/7. Also, maybe your phone needs a software update. I would try restarting it, then taking it back to where you got it and see if there are any new software up dates
 
Send it back in to the company you got it and get your money back, there really isn't anything else you can do.
