cell phone difficulties (sidekick)?

so i have a sidekick slide. i just got it a few days ago and it works perfectly fine but like when it connect it to the computer it charges but it doesn't show me the phones files. so now i cant put a background or music can someone please help me

Well the Sidekick Slide is a pretty old phone that uses a mini SD card opposed to the Micro SD card used now so its possible your computer cannot read the contents of the memory card so you should put it in a camera or anything else that takes a Mini SD so your computer can recognize it.
