i ordered a nextel phone with a plan from their site. i was wondering how long it usually takes for them to deliver the phone. another question, what else needs to be done for them to deliver the phone? i've already ordered the phone with the plan. i've already paid $150 for the deposit earlier today. anything else? theyre site keeps saying "This order has not shipped as additional information is required to complete the processing of your order. Please contact us at 1-866-860-6307 between the hours of 8am - 9 pm EST Monday through Friday, and 10 am - 9 pm on Saturday." whenever i try to check my order status.
 
wait. now my status says, "The order has been shipped and it is awaiting activation." what do they mean awaiting activation? i thought they already activated for me. or do i have to call again to activate it?
 
once you recieve the phone, you will have to call the number to confirm the final activation, this is a security measure they take to ensure you recieve the phone.
