I need help solving this problem:

I have a test tube that contains 5ml of cells.
Out of the 5ml - 50µl are taken and diluted 1:1 with TB (I thnk I have to multiply by 2 to get the dilution factor)
after calculations it was found that the origibal amount of cells were 10^7
How many cells were origanlly counted in the hemocytometer?

I took 10^7 and divided it by 5 because of the original volume and by 10^4 because of the hemocytometer and by 2 because of the TB
What I'm not sure is what I'm supposed to do with the 50µl??

Thanks!
