I actually don't have celiac disease but rather a wheat allergy however they are virtually the same thing. I developed this allergy only a few months ago and i'm trying to generate some ideas of good camping food for an upcoming 4 day event. normally i'd pack buns and sandwich fixings, canned soup, pasta etc. but of course all of those things are now off limits. I realize there are substitutes but i'd love to hear some other easy and delicious ideas people may have.
