My daughter was just prescribed celexa for depression and GAD. She took her first pill today and 3 hours later she has tremors in her left hand and feels very jittery..She started out with 20mgs. Is this a common side effect. Does buspar work for GAD. She called her doctor and she said to only take 10mgs tomorrow...I am wondering if 10mgs is even to much to start out with...all new medications are scary..
 
I just started taking 20 mg of celexa yesterday and I had horrible tremors, anxiety, and I started sweating a lot. I then had to get out of the car as I was driving and vomit on the side of the highway. Scared to take it again today...
 
my daughter is only going to take a half of a half tomorrow...she is going to try upping the dose gradually...
