celexa concerns

I've been on 10 mg celexa for a year and it has worked really well. Now some of my anxiety and depression symptoms have come back, though not as bad, so I'm going up to 20mg. When I started on 10mg, i didnt have much side effects problems, but now I'm worried that I will have side effects going up to 20. If i handled 10mg well, do you think i'll be ok with the 20mg dose?
 
You'll be fine, a 10 mg increase is pretty low. I'm going through a similar thing with prozac, where I had to increase my dosage from 20 to 40 because I felt those anxious feelings again.
