Yeah, It's actually not hard. Just take the mp3 and use dbpower amp, to convert it to a wave. Then open it with windows sound recorder and take any 20 seconds out of that song that you want to use for your ring tone. Now that you have it use dbpower amp again to convert it back to mp3. Now just change the mp3 to a midi and use a email program and email it to your phone.
