I recently encountered a problem with my CDM 8900, its less than a few months old, as my first 8900 was replaced by verizon because the screen konked out.
Now on this phone I'm having trouble making calls and recieving calls because the phone will randomly go into headset mode, and display the headset icon, even if there is no headset plugged into the phone.
Does anyone know how to disable headset mode, or encountered this problem before?
