In my 1992 Pontiac my CD player I had installed kept disconnecting. Sometimes I could drive for awhile and it would be fine, other times I would hit a bump and it would turn off. Today it was doing the same thing, only now it won't go back on. I tried screwing with it a little bit and took the faceplate off and was going to attempt to try to take the whole cd player out.There is a little red light in the corner of it that tells me its still connected. I think some wires were loose and finally just came undone altogether. Does this sound right to anyone else? I dont know much about stereos like at all. And does anyone know how I could take my CD player out to attempt to reconnect any wires? Would a place like Best Buy help me reconnect them, or anywhere else you may know of? Thanks
