cause of LPR

Has anyone heard anything new on causes of LPR. My heartburn started 5 years ago after bending over and pushing a little vomit up. This gave be a sore throat and I started having heartburn from that point on. PPIs eventually controlled it. 5 years later I woke up with a high fever an vomiting. From that point on I started waking with a sore throat every morning. It eventually escalated into all the symptoms of LPR. Now 6 months and 80mg of Nexium a day things have subsided to the point I can sleep in a bed again without the sore throat. I still get the swollen glanRAB, lump, and a symptom no doctor has ever heard of and I've not read of anyone having. After waking, my glans swell and my jaw will start to adjust to where I get an under bite. This will subside at night and occasionally during the day if I eat nothing. Has anyone ever heard of this before? Also has anyone had luck with the "Shaker exercises?
 
i have had sore throad for 3 years .. i went doctors they say we dont know you the cause .... most say it is acid refleux but i dont have problem with acid,,,, i took nexium for 2week but i had very bad side effect "Neutropenia"

but banana smoothie and exercises helped me abit
