I'm 18 yrs old and was pulled over for going 95 in a 65. Because I've had my license for over a year with
no tickets the cop gave me a break and gave me not a speeding ticket but a turnpike signs ticket with 2 points put on my license. When I told my mom I only said I was going 80 but because of the points she wants to go to court to fight it cause my insurance is gonna go up. If I go to court will the cop be there and possibly say I was actually going 95???
