That cats don't have a home, they live in our garden. We've been feeding them and giving them water.

I can't bring them in the house, I'm a dog owner - I have 3 dogs who wont be happy if I brought cats in the house.....

They really should stay another 2 weeks at least and be socialized or they will be feral. Even now they could have feral tendencies if you haven't handled them. Start handling them for the next two weeks. Allow the person to come over whenever they want and handle them, but try to keep them with their mom so they can learn proper social skills (they develop biting and other behavioral issues if they are taken too soon from their mom).

If it comes down to the person won't take them if they have to wait two weeks than I would let them have them now. The reality is it's hard to find people to take kittens that have no shots, spay or neuter etc.

Please bring the cats to a spay/neuter program. In many states they are free. It doesn't matter if they are your cats it's free! Check www.lovethatcat.com/spayneuter.html for a directory of programs in your state.
