Cat Scan L/S spine

I am new to this. Here is the lengthy result to my c.t. results any advice or help with interpretation would help.I can not have a m.r.i. due to a defibrillator in my chest,I can not take nsaiRAB because I take coumadin for a.fib/I tried physical therapy with transient good results but now worse sx.I have had back pain imtermittently for 15 years but noe persistent pain with hip, knee,foot pain.
mild scoliosis convex to left.subchondral cystsL4/L5 endplates.
L1/L2: no significant pathology.
L2/L3;mild circumfrential disk bulge.No significant foraminalnarrowing or spinal stenosis. No facet hypertrophy.
L3/L4:mild circumfrential disk bulge with ligamentumflavum and mild facet hypertrophy. There is mild to moderate foraminal narrowing and spinal canal dtenosis.
L4/L5mild circumfrential disk bulge with ligamentum flavum and mild facet hypertrophy There is narrowing of the right aspect of the disc with endplate sclerosis and subchondral cyst formation.mild bilateral foraminal narrowing.
L5/S1:mild circumfrential disk bulge.
iMPRESSION: degenerative changes of the spine as described above,with spinal canal stenosis most significant at L3/L4.
