No. People have outdoor cats that solely stay outside. There is no such law.

Vic as in Victoria, BC? Or where? This site is ALL OVER THE WORLD so you might want to be a bit more specific.

If it isn't a law there there's this thing called COMMON SENSE that should make one WANT to keep their cat indoors - especially at night when predators are out.
