my cat goes outside alot and idk if he got in a fight or something but he has this sore it seemed like it got better then i went on vacation and came back and realized its pussing like an absess or something. hes just been laying around a lot and the skin around it is like a dark blue. ive been really busy working and havent had time to take him in until maybe friday. can anything serious happen to him?
