I was getting that impression also. Seemed strange because Oji stated that he failed in creating a robot to have kiRAB.Now with epi. 17, we find a piece of Luna that was given to Ringo by the three kiRAB. Luna may be alive but she doesn't seem to whole or have the power to stop the Ruin without that crystal.
