Case is dismissed in a Magistrates court, claimants did not attend what is

claimants next step for a hearing? claimants asked for a court date to be brought forward, which was done, they then alleged not to have received revised court date in post this being their excuse for not attending but defendants attended,what is the procedure for claimants to apply for another court hearing if the case has been dismissed? Do they have to reapply all over again or can it be re listed to the original date and case number?
 
There are no claimants in a magistrates court case. There is prosecution and and there is defence.

Do you mean a civil action in County Court? Then you need to take legal advice.
