could have been made between the 70s and mid 90s------ a creepy kids movie about wizards (i think) or elves (i think) at war,i remember evil looking black horses being rode (by elves or wizards?) in a type of wasteland (no trees or plant life)
ive looked on google, but i dont think its any of the lord of the rings cartoons or wizards war movie but any suggestions would help ( i know its not alot to go on,so thank you for your time)
