I have a cartoon creating program called Comic Strip that I love but will not work on Windows Vista, even in compatibility mode. I think it was originally intended for W98 but did perform reasonably on W XP. So may questions are :
(1) Do I have to abandon it for Vista and above?
(2) Can anyone recommend ( appreciate a link ) cartoon creating software for Vista? I want something with all the supplied graphics etc and just something that will print a comic strip out to put on the office wall etc. No animations are required, just static images.
