Cartoon characters who are Irish.

Give it up for Master Sergeant Shana M. O'Hara AKA Scarlett! Though born in Atlanta, Georgia, her family hails from Ireland, or at least that's what the G.I. Joe cartoon from the mid-80's would have me believe.

In the Batman: TAS episode The Laughing Fish, the character Francis, upon seeing The Joker entering his office, exclaims: "Great Scott!" The Joker replies that "Actually, I'm Irish."

Of course, this being The Joker, perhaps it would be prudent to take the above quote with a pinch of salt.

Is Dexter Irish? His accent sounds more Austrian to me. But since both of his parents are American, it's possible that Dexter is merely affecting the accent because it sounds more "mad scientist-y".

The Simpsons Movie has Colin,a kid from Ireland, who Lisa falls in love with, since he's interested in protecting the environment like her....

Basically anyone that has an Irish sounding last name is Irish technically...unless it was just a random last name given by the show creators.
