Car's Electronics won't start right away.?

I have a 03 grand am GT, and my car will start but all of the electronics (Radio, gauges, lights, A/C) won't start right away. The lights will come on if i manually turn them on. Everything will turn on about a minute after i start driving. Also, my service engine soon light is now on. Anybody have any idea what this is?
