it's a 1998 cavalier, with about 150,000 on it. we had some troubles with the alternator not charging the battery, so i took it in to get the alternator rebuilt. after i re-installed it, it seemed to be keeping a charge for a lot longer, but then it died again. so i charged up the battery overnight, and drove it again today, the battery light was on, and i noticed it turned off after i was at a high rpm, but then came back on again after it got to a lower rpm. what could cause this?
Cars battery light is on, but goes off at a high rpm.?
