I'm confused. The bottle says it each softgel contains 1000mg (1g) of Fish Oil but the contents clearly only list 1g Fat; 300mg EPA; 200mg DHA and 100mg "Other Omega-3's" No other oils or fats are listed. When I do the math it is 600mg. Where are the other 400mg coming from. There is no reference to any additional ingredience on the label. How many should be taken daily for an inflamation condition (herniated disc)?
