Funning thing about it is that the EPA sticker is on the airbox under the tank on some DUcatis. It took me some tools and 2 hours out of my day to show this at the DMV.

You want me to pay all the taxes, and that tax is for you to learn all the stuff ,work for me , make my life easier to get my registration and not think that you are doing me some favor...

At least they won't profile you at traffic stops if you're not white.

All we need is an entrepreneur who can swap stock and aftermarket exhaust for a nominal $20 per swap. He'd make a profit on the volume of people who get fit it tickets.
 
Not sure how they do it abroad but here in BC if you get a fix it, and fix it, then return it back to how it was when you got the ticket, next time you get a non-compliance and a tow bill.....along with another fix it.
 
I did forewarn her that it was not in an easily accessible place. I even showed them a picture of when the bike was without the tank so that could see that the bike would have to be dismantled to get to it. It was a fun day and as luck would have it, a guy rolled up on his motorcycle so I was able to use his tools to take my bike apart for them to say "ok it's there".
 
and we let it happen.. I mean these people.. Who do they work for? The motorcyclists in this state don't have a unified voice. The AMA, while it is trying, can't do it alone. The only ones you can't vote out of office are the CARB folks cuz they are appointed and immune to voter upheaval. We pay a fortune in this state for the privilege to ride all year and they want more and take more. When will we become people instead of Sheep'le and actually send a got dam message!
