Careers in medical field vs. Career in Fashion Design?

Hey, iv been thinking alot about my future lately and im thinking about a job in the medical field. I aalways wanted to do something in fashion design but now im thinking that i enjoy science alot more and want to do something in the medical field such has becoming a doctor. What are the pro;s and cons? im pretty smart i guess and am in pseo for school and have pretty close to a 3.7. i got recommend for honors chemistry so i guess im pretty good at science. what are the best medical or science schools to go to and which one do you think is a better fit? ha thankss
